D’Angelico Premier SD – A revamped version of D’Angelico’s flagship solidbody designed for performance, sustain, and power, the SD is defined by its balance of strength and elegance. Its body is hefty but remains impressively lightweight, due to a sleek arched mahogany top and belly cut. Designed with a focus on comfort, the deeper single cutaway maximizes playability, even when speeding through runs. A comfortable slim profile neck carries a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
Powered by dual proprietary humbuckers, the Premier SD expands D’Angelico’s range far beyond its jazz-only associations. Throw some overdrive on and the bridge pickup position offers endless sustain, while the neck pickup provides a searing high end. Kept clean, the Premier SD sounds glossy and full. The Premier SD is everything you’d expect from a high-quality solidbody and more. A Deluxe gig bag is included.
